What do you do with my email data?
Your data is isolated per company. It is never pooled with other customers and never used to train AI models. You can read our full privacy policy at /privacy.
What if it sends something wrong?
Nothing sends without your tap. Every outreach email and every follow-up requires your one-tap approval before it leaves your account. Silent actions — filing, labeling, CRM updates — are logged and one-click reversible. A sent email cannot be unsent, which is why the approval gate exists.
Does it work with Google Workspace?
Yes. It connects to Gmail and Google Calendar via OAuth, and surfaces your domain's SPF, DKIM, and DMARC status so you can fix authentication gaps before you send. Outlook is on the roadmap but is not in the sync loop today.
Can I fully disconnect?
Yes. When you disconnect, our OAuth access is revoked at Google itself — not just marked inactive in our app. Your inbox is no longer accessible to SpicaNova after that point.
How is this different from an outreach tool or an email assistant?
Mass outreach tools blast templates from a shared sending pool and have no idea who you already talk to.
